Ethiopian giants St. George will miss their star player Said Salhadin when they face KCCA FC on Saturday in the return leg of the CAF Total Champions League tie at the StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo.

Salhadin together with the West African duo of Sedi Mohammed Keita and Ibrahim Fofona have been left out injured. But head coach Vas Pinto said in Addis Ababa that he has players who can do the work in Kampala.

After the goalless draw in the first leg in Addis Ababa, the team that wins the game on Saturday will qualify for the group stage and be assured of UGX1.9 billion from the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

Speaking to URN on Wednesday, KCCA FC head coach Mike Hillary Mutebi has made it clear they will have to win the game to be able to qualify. "We have to play good football and win the match. There is no rocket science about it because we must win to be able to get to the group stage," added Mutebi.

The coach who led KCCA FC to the group stage of the CAF Confederations Cup last year also called upon the fans to come and cheer the team so that they can perform against the Ethiopian champions. "This is a kind of game that we need to be very cautious and make sure we use our chances well and defend brilliantly," added the coach.

The likes of Muzamir Mutyaba, Derrick Nsibambi, Julius Poloto and Paul Mucuurezi will be expected to be at their best to push KCCA FC to register a win. To reach the first round KCCA FC ejected Madagascar's CNaps FC.
