Pictorial: Museveni Praised as Power Blacks Out at Bebe Cool's Golden Heart

Music fills the air without effort, the sound rushing in and around every person at the independence ceremonial grounds -Kololo. 

It is Moses Ssali a.k.a Bebe Cool's annual VIP grand concert dubbed 'The Golden Heart' organised to raise funds to support five children with heart complications receive heart surgery in India.

The children that are currently under Action for Disadvantaged People (ACDIPE) are Emmy Ogwang, Anthony Mukyadondwa, Shirat Namuyomba, Bashir Bbosa and Sandra Kicaarwot.

President Yoweri Museveni who is the chief guest is praised for ensuring peace and stability of the country. In his speech that is later interrupted by a power blackout, Museveni congratulates Ugandan musicians for their creative compositions that teach the population.
