The decomposing body of Ronald Pule a resident of Ogedi Cell, Amuci parish, Bala Sub County in Kole district was found dumped under a tree less a kilometre from his home.

Pule aunt Beatrice Akite says the deceased went missing from home on October 27, 2014 and was last seen alive at Akalo market.
Gerald Isabirye, Kole District police commander says the post-mortem report shows that the deceased died of multiple injuries inflicted on his back using a sharp object. He says they have opened investigation under CRB 621/2014.
Sam Obua, the Kole district police detective officer says no arrests have been made in connection with the murder. He says they have already obtained statements from the woman who found the body and LC I chairperson of the village where it was found.
Earlier on, school children had discovered a bicycle suspected to belong to the deceased and handed it over to the area LCI chairperson. This is the third murder case in Kole district within a space of one month.
