Gulu Chief Administrative Officer Suspended Over IDPs' Seeds Distribution

The Gulu Chief Administrative Officer, Patrick Otto Langoya, has been interdicted for allegedly failing to distribute seeds meant for the Internally Displaced Persons. Langoya's suspension stems from a directive by the local government permanent secretary, Vincent Sekono. According to the directive, Langoya has been asked to immediately hand over office to a Senior Officer in the district to pave way for investigations. Otto says he was making final preparations to hand over to his assistant, Steven Oloya. He however refused to make any further comments on his suspension.
