A source in Golola’s camp said the fighter left the country via Ethiopia airways to work on his kicks.

Moses Golola, the self claimed King of Kickboxing in Uganda has relocated his training base to Tanzania ahead of his non title 5 round tie with Ronald Mugula on March 7th at Freedom City. The 34 year old talkative fighter who has been under intensive boxing lessons at KBC and Zebra gym in Bwaise reportedly left for Tanzania on Friday morning alongside his training partner Zebra Senyange, the former captain of the Bombers.

A source in Golola’s camp said the fighter left the country via Ethiopia airways to work on his kicks. Golola who by Tuesday had lost 4 kilograms in order to match Mugula, said he would travel outside the country to gain the power and skills that will enable him to stay the only lion in the jungle as far as kick boxing in Uganda is concerned.

He said as a pioneer he would fight to stay the master after training from any country of significance. According to the source Golola is expected to return to country on the 3rd of next month, four days before the long awaited fight.

The 34 year old kick boxer won Hungary’s Zoltan Poczo in his last intercontinental bout while Mugula who earlier climbed Mbale hills in preparations for the much anticipated fight lost his world title to Egypt’s Abdallah Heseen early this year.
