The resignation of the only medical doctor at Nsiika health center IV in Buhweju district has paralysed service delivery at the health facility. Dr. Gelverse Twine Mantombo, the in charge of Nsiika health center IV quit in February 2016 after serving for only two years.

However, no medical doctor has been appointed to replace him. Currently, most of the patients seeking treatment at Nsiika health center IV are turned away since there is no one to attend to them.
