Lorcan Tucker picked a game high 90 runs, while Aaron Gillespe and William McClintock picked 47 and 33 runs respectively to make sure Ireland won by 158 runs.

John Galuba who has been Uganda's best batsman at the competition failed to pick a run as Abdalah Lubega and Trevor Bukenya picked 26 and 16 runs respectively. Uganda finished with 97 runs (23.5).


In the second game played on Monday table leaders Nepal beat USA by 8 wickets with 181 balls remaining.


After three losses and one win against Papua New Guinea on Sunday, Uganda are third on the table and will wait to play a classification match on Thursday.


The best team after the final will qualify for the 2016 World Cup to take place in India.
