Nakaseke District Chairman Ignatius Koomu Kiwanuka says that the district needs more than 80 million Shillings to repair the vehicles and pay debts in garages to service them. He adds that the absence of transport has crippled service delivery this financial year because district staff are incapacitated and as such, cannot monitor government programmes.
